About You:
Proven gardening/landscaping experience
Minimum 3-5 years of gardening/landscaping experience required
Formal horticulture qualification or equivalent practical experience acceptable
Confident in managing and developing team members
Reliable, motivated, and committed to high standards
Current driver's license required
Car licence (C class) required

Your Role:
•Operate equipment including snippers, mowers, blowers, ride-on mowers, earth movers, chainsaws and hedge trimmers
•Maintain exciting green spaces at commercial sites
•Perform block slashing, brush cutting, hedging and pruning
•Safely apply herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers
•Install and maintain irrigation systems
•Work independently and as part of a dynamic team
•Contribute to diverse landscaping projects
What We're Looking For:
•Full, current driver's license
•White Card (construction induction)
•National Police Clearance
•Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
•Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
•Able to work in a range of weather conditions
•Team player who can also work independently
