About the Role
We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for our shift Maintenance Team on a permanent, full‐time basis in Redbank, Queensland.
Location
First Australian site in Redbank, Queensland.
Responsibilities
* Maximize system performance and up‐time through effective execution of all maintenance‐related activities.
* Participate in a broad array of mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
* Support the Production Team through basic fault correction coaching and troubleshooting.
* Fault finding and rectification of mechanical drive technology (motors, gears).
* Assist in the installation of new or refurbishment of existing system components.
* Work in a supportive environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards safety in the workplace.
* Background in mechanical maintenance or similar (e.g., mechanic, diesel fitter).
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Genuine interest in automation and technology, with aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures.
Physical & Work Requirements
* Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
* Working at heights up to 30 metres (wearing fall‐arrest gear and other PPE).
* Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 kg unassisted.
