CCR Group Pty Ltd is a privately owned and established service provider supporting the Mining, Processing, Engineering and Construction sectors in Western Australia for 20 years.
Due to continued growth, we require an energetic recruiter to assist our team.
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, we are looking for someone who can fill roles, whilst also managing the resourcing for existing employees across varying sites.
This is a full-time role; however, we are all about give and take. If you have appointments, school assemblies, or need to meet the plumber, we get it.

Key Duties:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and reference checking.
Manage our social media, giving us a real presence in the local landscape.
Build our pool of personnel to a new depth.
Coordinate compliance checks, including VEVO, drug and alcohol testing, medicals, and VOC assessments.
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure resourcing is adequate across job fronts.
Process leave applications, training bookings, and uniform requests.
Complete administrative tasks as required.

Sales: Representing the company, you'll be face forward to clients and candidates.
Energy & Drive: Someone who is flat out filling shuts one day, focusing on training and development the next. No two days are the same, and this role is huge on initiative and proactiveness.
Computer Literate: We will teach you the company and client specific part – but you'll need to know your way around Microsoft Office Suite.
Driver's License: Mainly based in our office, there will be the occasional need to do some errand runs, or site/client visits.
