Job Description
Your Mission:
* Lead a high-performing Buyer’s Agent team: train, coach, recruit, inspire.
* Join the fastest growing buyer's agency in Australia

* Integrate seamlessly with internal functions (BAs, analysts, brokers, franchisees).
* Drive process improvements and platform adoption to scale effectively
Qualifications
Who You Are:
* Proven track record managing and scaling Buyer’s Agent teams or similar in real estate, franchise, or financial services.
* Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 real estate licence.
* Data-driven, commercially astute, adaptable, and a natural leader.
* Passionate about building operational excellence and supporting franchisee success.
