Job Description
- Process high volume, end to end payroll
- Maintain and improve payroll system documentation and workflows
- Respond to internal and external payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support month-end and finance-related payroll activities
- Assist with system maintenance and reporting
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams on broader initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
- Strong understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and payroll legislation
- Experience with Chris 21 will be looked on favourably but is by no means a prerequisite
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
