We are looking for Managers right now
As a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand standards, customer promises, and quality and safety standards, while delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, drive costs down and improve the customer experience while maintaining our high standards.

As a Manager you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate direction into action. You will have a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every day and be committed to continuous improvement while championing the customer experience.
