The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist your primary focus will be recruitment. You will :
* Lead end-to-end recruitment : advertising sourcing shortlisting interviewing and compliance checks.
* Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates building strong pipelines for Out-of-Home Care and NDIS programs.
* Work closely with managers and Team Leaders to deliver timely high-quality recruitment outcomes.
* Represent Striive as an employer of choice building networks to attract and retain the best talent.
Alongside recruitment you will also support workforce capability by :
* Coordinating onboarding and induction programs ensuring a professional and positive staff experience.
* Scheduling training maintaining accurate training records and tracking compliance.
* Supporting organisational learning initiatives to strengthen workforce capability.
About You
Were looking for someone who :
* Has proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment or workforce planning (human services experience highly regarded).
* Is a driven proactive recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding and engaging the right people.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same.
* Has strong technology skills and is confident using HRIS systems (Employment Hero or similar) data tracking tools and Microsoft Office 365.
* Enjoys coordinating training and ensuring staff have a professional onboarding and learning experience.
* Understands compliance requirements (WWVP checks VEVO references SCHADS Award).
* Builds strong professional relationships with candidates managers and training providers.
* Highly desirable : Experience with training compliance coordination and capability reporting.
