The Role:
Kempe Engineering Hobart are actively searching for a dynamic internal sales professional to join our growing team based in Moonah.
To facilitate the branch internal sales functions by
* Providing customers with information relating to sales, services, repairs, pricing and other relevant information
* Liaise with customers to understand their current and future needs to maintain our exceptional customer service engagement
* Process customer purchase orders for retail products and mechanical services
* Raise vendor purchase orders ensuring customer delivery requirements are met
* Provide accurate data on internal sale activities
* Assist with Rotable Repairs and other repair service functions within your capabilities
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* Mechanical / engineering aptitude and hands on approach
* Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations
* Sound understanding of compressors, hydraulics and pneumatics components, industrial & process valves, filtration is desirable but not essential
* Demonstrated track record with responding to customers urgent requirements
* Disciplined attention to detail and high level of transactional data accuracy
* Ability to be proactive, customer focused, effective communicator and team player
* Committed to exceptional performance
* Strong organisational and team working skills with ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
* Willing to learn and explore new products and markets
* Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
* Current driver's license
