Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer, located in Sydney, NSW. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our platform. Daily tasks include creating user-friendly interfaces, writing clean and scalable code, ensuring optimal performance of web applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform and maintain its functionality.

Essential
* Full-Stack Experience
* Proven experience as a full-stack developer in a production environment
* Agile Delivery
* Comfortable working in fast, iterative cycles with evolving requirements

* Strong knowledge of:
* HTML, CSS (Tailwind)

Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Full-Stack Development, including proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development
* Strong skills in Front-End Development, with knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, CSS, and responsive design principles
* Experience in Back-End Web Development involving server-side programming and database management
* Proficiency in Software Development practices, including version control systems and debugging
* Familiarity with common coding standards, scalable coding practices, and performance optimization
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
* Experience with cloud technologies and APIs is a plus
