- Answering calls from general public, police, insurance firms and other stakeholders
- Taking appropriate action in a fast and professional manner
- Dispatch incident response vehicles
- Communicating internally to report incidents
- General enquiries
**The Successful Applicant**:
- At least 2 years prior call centre or customer service experience
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to manage incidents, while staying calm in high volume and sometimes pressured situations
- Confident in multi-tasking
- Proficient use of standard computer programs and an ability to learn new IT systems
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work weekends
- Flexibility to work hours during peak workload demands as required
