About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our software development team. In this role, you will contribute to designing, building, and maintaining applications while gaining hands-on experience and guidance from senior developers. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and product managers
* Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile ceremonies
* Troubleshoot and debug issues in applications and assist in finding solutions
* Contribute to documentation, user guides, and knowledge sharing
* Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices
Skills and Experience
* Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or PHP
* Familiarity with web development frameworks and/or databases (e.g., React,, SQL)
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or currently studying)
* Relevant internships, personal projects, or coding bootcamps are a plus
