Are you passionate about inclusive arts and skilled in creating engaging, accessible content? We are looking for somebody who is committed to access and inclusion and expanding the aesthetic possibilities of accessible content creation.
Access2Arts (A2A) and Arts and Disability Network Australia (ADNA) are seeking a dynamic Communications and Content Coordinator to bring innovation to the delivery of accessible communications strategies and to support the administration of relationships with online communities and key stakeholders. Based in Adelaide, this position will play a central role in delivering the communication strategies of both organisations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and is committed to amplifying the voices of d/Deaf and disabled artists across Australia.

Access2Arts is South Australia's peak body for arts and disability. We champion the leadership, creativity, and inclusion of d/Deaf and disabled people in the arts and cultural life of our state and beyond.
Arts and Disability Network Australia (ADNA) is the new national peak body for Arts and Disability, led by Access2Arts, ADNA was formed by state arts and disability peak bodies across the country to create a strong national voice for our sector.

About the Role
As Communications and Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating and delivering marketing and communications activities across A2A and ADNA.
* Creating accessible content that reflects our brand values.
* Managing social media platforms and community engagement.
* Maintaining websites and preparing newsletters.
* Supporting the team with administration and event coordination.
* Engaging with d/Deaf and disabled artists and audiences to foster participation in the arts.
You'll play a key role in shaping our communications strategy and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in content creation, marketing, and communications.
* Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator.
* Understands access and inclusion principles.
* Has knowledge of the arts and disability sectors.
* Is confident working independently and collaboratively.
* Values diversity and brings a respectful, inclusive approach to their work.
Lived experience of disability is highly regarded.
