We are growing, so we're after a few more wonderful teammates who like to provide outstanding technical support. A typical day will involve you fixing 'the Google', recovering a Word document and hunting a virus. You're going to have a knack for problem solving. Oh, and did we mention that above all, you're going to be a customer service superstar?
Put simply, we're an IT company who simply loves making IT work for our clients!
Our hours are pretty standard office hours from 0830-1700 Monday through Friday.
Our office is in Fyshwick with free parking - and even electric vehicle charging!
We pay weekly, not like all those other chumps who make you wait a fortnight or worse, a month!

* Experience in Windows and Office applications and preferably Microsoft 365 experience
Duties for this position include
* Be the first point of contact to provide phone, remote or onsite support to a variety of clients
* Installation and management of Windows & Mac workstations and associated applications
* Manage and troubleshoot network issues
For you to be a good fit in this role
* You have worked in a role like this either for yourself or for a Managed IT Service Provider. Whilst not compulsory, this is highly desirable!
* You have amazing troubleshooting skills
* You'll have your own car and license for driving to client sites
* You'll need to be able to explain why Star Wars is better than Star Trek (advantage but not essential...)
* Ability to endure bad jokes from your peers
