Responsibilities
* Lead service that creates opportunity by supporting the Service Manager with day‐to‐day operations, planning and service delivery.
* Enable the team to deliver high‐quality, safe and person‐centred supports.
* Promote a positive, respectful and professional team culture.
* Develop and coordinate client‐led individual and group programs.
* Actively engage clients in meaningful daily activities.
* Implement positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required.
* Build strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
* Maintain compliance across safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience within the Disability Services sector
* Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high‐quality services.
* Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.
* Expertise in preparing plans and documentation focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
* An engaged and proactive leader who actively contributes and encourages innovative approaches.
* A tertiary qualification, Certificate IV in Community Services, disability, or aged care will be advantageous for success in this role.
