Our Registered Nurses
We're looking for a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. If you thrive working independently and are committed to delivering high-quality aged care, we'd love to hear from you.

* Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make decisions autonomously during overnight hours
* A collaborative approach, working closely with the rest of the team
* A sense of accountability and pride in delivering safe, person-centred care

* Be the reassuring presence our residents need through the night—and help them wake up feeling safe, supported, and cared for.
Skills & Requirements
* Understanding, empathy, appreciation, and the ability to promote the values and ethos of For Purpose Aged Care
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
* The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
* Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
* Experience in assessments and developing care plans
* Assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope
* Consider physical, social, and psychological requirements
* Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
* An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
* Well-developed computer and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
