The Role
The Receptionist supports the smooth and professional operation of the Ramelius Resources head office by providing a welcoming front‑of‑house presence and reliable administrative assistance. The role helps maintain an organised, efficient workplace and ensures visitors, employees and contractors receive consistent, high‑quality support.
Deliver a professional front‑of‑house experience by greeting and assisting visitors, contractors and employees
Manage reception duties including call handling, visitor sign‑in, access procedures and meeting room coordination
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception and office environment
Support daily office operations by coordinating supplies, deliveries, contractors and building services
Prepare meeting rooms, materials and catering as required
Maintain accurate visitor, access and employee records, including updates in INX InFlight
Assist with onboarding tasks such as ordering access passes and preparing welcome materials
Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and head office team
Report and follow up on maintenance, security and safety matters in line with company procedures
Uphold company values, confidentiality and compliance with all safety, HR and legal requirements
About You
You are an organised, professional and confident individual with well refined customer service skills. You communicate clearly, manage competing tasks with ease, and bring a calm, polished presence that supports a smooth and welcoming office environment.
You Bring
Experience in a reception or other customer‑facing role
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Confident, clear and professional communication skills
Experience in professionally and efficiently handling inbound calls
Willingness to go the extra mile to support the team and business
Ability to manage competing tasks in a busy front‑of‑house environment
Comfortable working with office systems, databases and administrative processes
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Professional presentation and a consistent, welcoming approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company values
Previous experience in using INX InFlight and Pronto is desirable but not essential
