Spa Therapist
A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including body and facial treatments, massages, home-care advice, and tours of the facilities.
Maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all Spa services in accordance with company standards.
What will I be doing?
Provides friendly, attentive and efficient guest service from point of arrival to departure.
Books, changes, and cancels appointments and upsells retail products.
Accurately schedules all massage reservations, changes, confirmations, and cancellations.
Accurately processes all billing and posting for Spa and retail services; reports any overages and shortages to the Spa Manager.
Accurately explains the spa treatment menu and packages to guests.
Greets and welcomes all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance with Brand Standards.
Ensures high standards of cleanliness throughout the department.
Reports any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager.
Assists in all areas of operations as requested by the Spa Manager.
Stays fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel.
Ensures that departmental operating budgets are adhered to, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.
Maintains the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge area and restrooms.
Ensures proper cleanliness of locker rooms, lounge, steam/sauna rooms, prep rooms and restrooms.
Ensures audio-visual equipment is well maintained and in good condition.
Orient guests through the fitness facility, greets guests, and provides personalized guest service.
