Home Care Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Home Care Worker in the Toowoomba area.
* We require someone with at least 6 months experience in providing home care services, such as general housekeeping, meal preparation and personal care services.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Providing general housekeeping and making beds.
* Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
* Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
* Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
* Assisting clients with their daily needs, including getting out of bed, showered and dressed for the day.
* Assisting with medication management.
* Supporting mobility and therapy goals.
* Providing complex care for customers with high care needs.
