We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interact extensively with customers in an incoming call center environment, managing requests primarily through phone, email, and our CRM system (SAP). You will serve as a liaison between customers and our Scheduling & Dispatching team, striving to achieve exceptional results in customer service.
Some Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service support at first point of contact via email and phone.
* Log customer service requests into the CRM system (SAP).
* Manage and distribute service requests to key service stakeholders efficiently.
* Verify and update customer and contact master data as needed.
* Build customer interest in METTLER TOLEDO products and services.
* Identify and escalate priority issues as they arise.
* Efficiently manage the general service email inbox daily, responding with urgency.
* Create service quotations for break-fix and service work as requested.
* Retrieve Calibration Certificates and Service Reports for customers.
* Send reminders for open customer requests and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience, preferably in the service industry or technical environment.
* Experience with SAP CRM is desired.
* Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
* Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining professionalism.
* Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between parties in the service process.
