We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial activities, manage teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
* Provide insights to support business decisions through financial reporting and analysis.
* Lead Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance and safety initiatives within the organization.
* Ensure compliance with statutory audit processes and company secretarial functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or administration management roles.
* Strong proficiency in financial systems, with advanced MS Excel skills.
* Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with senior leaders.
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance.
