About the Opportunity
We are working with reputable and growing civil infrastructure contractors delivering road construction and bulk earthworks projects across regional and remote areas. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking experienced Multiskilled Plant Operators for both local and FIFO roles.
These positions suit candidates with genuine civil construction experience who are comfortable working in demanding environments and contributing across the site as required.
Your new role
* Operating a range of civil plant including graders, loaders, dozers, excavators, rollers, trimmers, spreaders and similar machinery.
* Road construction, bulk earthworks and maintenance works etc.
* Being flexible to operate multiple machines depending on site needs
* Assisting with general site and labouring tasks when required
* Working safely and productively in varied conditions (local and remote)
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in civil construction, particularly road works
* Demonstrated ability operating or maintaining relevant machinery in real production environments
* Multiskilled capability (not ticket only applicants)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute across different tasks
* Comfort working in challenging conditions, including remote environments
