The role of Stakeholder Engagement Business Partners is to develop and deliver tailored stakeholder engagement programs that align with strategic goals. This involves close collaboration with senior leaders to refine the stakeholder engagement framework and address changing needs and priorities.
The position requires working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to leverage advisory groups for targeted engagement, support regulatory reset processes, drive advocacy initiatives, and provide leadership in stakeholder engagement across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Co-designing engagement approaches with stakeholders
 * Planning and delivering engagement activities
 * Managing external messaging
 * Oversight of customer energy resource (cer) integration and innovation advisory groups
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a degree in arts, communications, marketing, or business, or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience. Extensive experience in corporate communications, stakeholder relations, engagement, and project management within a large corporation is required.
Candidates should also have advanced skills in negotiation, strategic relationship management, and communication. Expertise in contemporary customer research and engagement practices is highly valued.
