Project Manager - Site Operations
This is a key role within our organization responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
* Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage on-site construction activities
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors
* Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
* Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly
* Assist in planning, scheduling and budgeting processes
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
* Proven experience in site or project engineering roles, preferably on large-scale government projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
