Job Description
We are currently recruiting to fill positions of full-time Trade Waiters to join the team at our Cibaria Noosa Restaurant located in the heart of Noosa, just steps from Noosa Main Beach.
As trade waiter you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service and a premium dining experience to restaurant patrons. Some of the duties will include setting and arranging tables, taking reservations, greeting customers, taking orders, recommending dishes and wines.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering a premium dining experience.
Salary range of between $76,000 to $80,000 depending on qualifications and/or experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your section and delivering excellent guest experiences
* Preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
* Using our Micros POS system for orders and transactions
* Offering informed recommendations and communicating menu details
* Checking for dietary needs and preferences
* Liaising with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service
* Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction
* Managing bills and payment processes professionally
Qualifications
Requirements
* Full Australian working rights
* A Certificate III in Hospitality AND/OR 12 to 24 months of relevant experience.
* Current QLD RSA Certificate
* Fluent spoken English
* A strong focus on customer service and team collaboration
* Exemplary personal presentation
* Good eye for detail
* Great memory for faces
* Excels at customer service
* Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
* Availability for PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Attributes
* Experience with Italian cuisine and wine
* Familiarity with food and wine pairings
* Experience using reservation systems like SevenRooms
* Italian language skills are a bonus
