The Opportunity
As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in their journey to seek justice and compensation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and other communications, such as emails, social media messages and website enquiries.
* Cultivate strong relationships with our clients through empathy and understanding, interpreting their needs and assisting them on their journey.
* Apply your keen eye to spot opportunities for improvement, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our client base.
