Key Responsibilities
 * Provide guidance on building codes, scoping, and cost control.
 * Offer expert advice on repair methodologies and building compliance.
 * Collaborate with engineers, geo-technicians, certifiers, specialists, and suppliers to achieve suitable outcomes.
 * Carry out on-site inspections to confirm adherence to the National Construction Code and Australian standards.
 * Identify risks and potential fraud, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
 * A relevant trade qualification in a repair-related discipline.
 * A current or expired builder's licence.
 * A minimum 5+ years of experience in residential building/renovation and estimating.
 * A strong understanding of residential building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
 * Proven experience in scheduling and supervising trades and repairs.
