This dynamic role involves empowering residents to build independent living skills and achieve personal goals through tailored case management and coaching.

* Apply trauma-informed, harm reduction, and Housing First principles to support residents' wellbeing and recovery.
* Facilitate access to vital services, including health, mental health, and community supports, by providing referrals and hands-on assistance.
* Promote tenancy success by partnering with residents and the Tenancy Management team to maintain stable, long-term housing.
* Champion resident rights and inclusion by fostering a culturally safe, welcoming environment and advocating for social justice.

* Proven experience in case management and coaching;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
* Knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction principles;
* Understanding of Housing First approach and its application in practice.
