This spring, restaurateur Chris Lucas will introduce Canberra to Carlotta, a brand-new concept in the heart of the nation's capital. Carlotta, a 120-seat Mediterranean restaurant, is set to celebrate the exceptional produce, wine, and talent of the region.

About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants are on the look-out for a Storeperson to join our opening team in Canberra. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Storeperson be responsible for overseeing all receiving and storing of general and perishable goods.
- Demonstrated a minimum of one year of experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar
- Food safety knowledge is advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to keep detailed and accurate records
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg
- Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices
- Must have full work rights in Australia
- Must have a full Australian Drivers License
