Working in the social model, our united team of talented change-makers is on a mission to make inclusion possible for all Australians.About The RoleWe are looking for Key Workers to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.Availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments is essential, as this is the most highly requested time for Key Workers to provide therapy to their participants.As a Key Worker at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. Here are some activities you might engage in:Deliver therapy in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centresConduct initial assessments at families' homes, establishing rapport and understanding goalsCollaborate with preschool staff to support motor skill developmentAssist parents in selecting suitable educational options for their childrenWork with Speech Pathologists and families to enhance communication and social skillsBuild meaningful relationships with participants and their support networksDocument and bill sessions via our online management systemSupport children after school to establish routinesParticipate in weekly team meetings and mentorship sessionsWho We Are Looking ForOur team thrives on shared values and collaboration.
