**Role Overview**
We are seeking a client-focused Hearing Care Professional (Audiometrist or Audiologist) to join our Richmond clinic. This role involves working with clients of all ages on ear hygiene, hearing assessments, and hearing protection. Flexibility to work across both our clinics is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct ear assessments using video otoscopy.
- Perform wax removal via aural microsuction.
- Provide tailored hearing services for a diverse clientele, including DVA and insurance beneficiaries.
- Fit custom hearing protection and In-Ear Monitors.
- Collaborate with educators, allied health specialists, and community organisations to promote hearing health.
- Develop and implement hearing conservation programs in various settings.
- Engage with the community to enhance clinic visibility and business growth.
- Refer clients to other health professionals as needed
- Onsite visit to the requested company
We are seeking an energetic and engaging professional who embodies their qualifications both on paper and in person. If you're passionate, dynamic, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as an Audiologist or Audiometrist.
- Proficiency in manual earwax extraction techniques and ear impressions.
- A client-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with audiology advancements.
**Qualifications**
- Membership in a relevant professional body.
- A valid QP and qualifications in Audiology or Audiometry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.8 per week
