As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, inventory management, and logistics functions. You'll ensure our products are stored, handled, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock rotation, and dispatch.
* Coordinate local and national freight, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
* Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
* Liaise with production, sales, and customer service teams to meet business needs.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
About You
We're seeking someone with a strong background in warehouse and logistics management who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will bring:
* Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management (food industry experience highly regarded).
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
* Knowledge of food safety, cold chain logistics, and WHS standards.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office and other job-related software.
* A forklift licence is preferred
