Job Description
* Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
* Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
* Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
* Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools as required.
* Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong understanding of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, Office 2010, 2013, 2016) and server products (VM, AD, MS Server 2019, etc.)
* Solid knowledge of networking technology and communication protocol
* Bi‑lingual (English and Korean) preferred (contact HQ daily bases)
* Management of IT assets
* Printing solution experience
* Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadline
* Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions
* Time Management and Multi‑tasking
* Ability to work effectively with a team and with limited supervision.
