The Role: Partnering with HQ to implement HR programs locally Advising leaders and employees on HR matters and policies Managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and compliance Leading cyclical HR activities such as salary reviews and performance appraisals Overseeing office administration, including access, supplies, budgeting, and record keeping Supporting a positive, compliant, and well-organised work the environment The Candidate: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline At least 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, with the ability to advise an overseas HQ (Singapore) Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of local HR operations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft office suite Those with real estate industry experience will have an added advantage Ready to take the next step in your HR career?
