With a continued focus on marketing, team development, and long‐term growth, the business is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, stable portfolio and play a key role within the team.
The Role
This is a hands‐on position managing a residential portfolio end‐to‐end, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a professional, close‐knit team and work within a structured environment that values quality over quantity.
Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end portfolio management
* Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Managing leasing processes from application through to move‐in
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
* Handling arrears, bonds, and general tenancy matters
* Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

About You
* Minimum of 3+ years Property Management experience
* Must hold current Certificate of Registration, Valid Drivers License & a reliable car
* Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and compliance
* NCAT Experience
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Highly organised with strong time management
* Professional presentation and client‐first mindset
