About the Opportunity
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers and more. As our new Electrical Projects Coordinator, you will support a variety of electrical and related projects and deliver Customer solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise. This role involves working on diverse technical projects across our Secure Power and Power Systems operations, including UPS, cooling, batteries, switchgear, circuit breakers and related services.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support the execution of varied technical projects, including Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, Contractors and site personnel
* Liaise with Customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on our product solutions and service offerings
* Manage project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, reporting and other internal processes or compliance requirements
* Monitor project progress, identify issues and implement corrective actions to meet timelines and deliver customer solutions
* Provide hands-on technical support during installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting phases
* Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to ensure high satisfaction
Ideal Qualifications
* Relevant trade or related tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management) with proven experience in a similar role (Project Coordinator or Project Manager)
* Intermediate IT skills with experience using project management tools and digital platforms
* Proven background in coordinating technical projects, preferably within a large-scale organization
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills and ability to achieve outcomes through people
* Problem-solving mindset with ability to leverage technical knowledge to navigate complex challenges
* Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
