Digital Change Manager
About the Role:
This is a key role within our Business Transformation function, responsible for delivering change management services across projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead change management activities for projects and initiatives aligned with our Transformation Program, ensuring changes are prioritised and executed.
* Manage a portfolio of projects requiring fit for purpose and varying levels of change management advisory and specialist hands on support.
* Identify, plan and implement change management requirements to support successful project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Management, Organisational Development or Communications.
* Hold a Change Management certification at practitioner level or higher (Prosci or similar).
* Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing digital change initiatives in complex organisation environments.
