About The Role
At Carinity Home Care – Bundaberg, we're dedicated to providing personalised support to seniors and people living with disability so they can live independently at home and stay connected to their community. In this rewarding position, you'll provide administrative and rostering support to our Home Care operations while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
This is a permanent full-time role from 08 th June 2026.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
* Managing client enquiries and maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Preparing and updating rosters and coordinating staff schedules in line with operational needs
* Assisting clients and their representatives with information about Carinity's services
* Supporting the Lifestyle Coordinator and broader team with daily office tasks
* Ensuring confidentiality and quality outcomes across all administrative functions
About You
You are a strong communicator who thrives in a busy, people focused environment. You take pride in delivering high quality service, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a team that values compassion, respect and excellence. You'll enjoy working within a purpose-driven organisation that cares deeply for its community. If you're organised, proactive and have a heart for helping others, this could be your next step. Experience gained working in a similar role within the home care, aged care or community services industry is highly desirable.
In Addition, You Will Have
* Demonstrated experience in office administration or clerical support
* Experience in staff rostering, preferably using a computerised system
* Certificate or qualification in Business Administration, desirable
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
