The purpose of the Project Manager role in Curriculum Division plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the recommendations arising from the Independent review into the VCAA's VCE examination-setting policies, processes and procedures.
The main components of the role include but are not limited to:
* Leading relevant staff to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RFQs as required and in line with the objectives of the project.
* high-level project management support to the Director and project team.
* organising and scheduling meetings with project leads and other contributors, ensuring milestones are met and closed off with appropriate evidence.
* providing advice and support the development of key policies, processes and procedures
* providing support to ensure that project deadlines and milestones are met ensuring deliverables are fit for purpose and delivered in a timely fashion and in accordance with the project control board.

* You are a highly organised and professional person, capable of managing projects with numerous contributors and stakeholders within firm deadlines and budget constraints.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* You have solid spoken and written communication skills in writing emails, letters and reports.
Experience and qualifications
Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification in Project and Program Management
