As the Office Manager/Receptionist you will be responsible for reception, switch and office management, providing administrative support for Bindaree Food Solutions Production Facility located in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.

The role will focus on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, office administration and support in the areas of human resources and safety, as well as other duties as required to support the various departments throughout the facility.


Job Description

About the role:

* Provide excellent customer service, greet visitors and customers (both internal and external) and direct to relevant area, and distribution of deliveries;
* Manage internal meeting schedules, room setup and refreshments;
* Manage mail and package deliveries, including distribution to appropriate recipients;
* Maintain office supplies inventory; order new supplies and equipment as needed;
* Assist with Facility events/tours, visitor co-ordination including bookings, enquiries;
* Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and liaise with building management and vendors;
* Compile office orders and reconcile invoicing;
* Support the onboarding process for new hires
* Assist in filing, document management, and data entry where required;
* Document and distributereports as required
* Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects.

About you:

* Experience in office management, reception or administrative roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond effectively under pressure.
