Operating across a broad spectrum of housing - from knockdown rebuilds to custom homes and house & land packages-they maintain a strong presence in the detached home space, with steady volumes and a loyal client base.
About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Permits Coordinator to manage all permits and approvals throughout the pre-construction phase.
Their product includes a mixture knock down re-builds, house and land and greenfield homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all permits and approvals required during the pre-construction phase
- Work with Onsite Companion and the NSW Planning Portal
- Handle DA/CDC/CC applications accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project progression
About You:
- Mini experience in a Pre-Construction or Permits role with a residential home builder
- Proficient in the NSW Planning Portal
- Strong knowledge of DA/CDC/CC processes
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
