Client Manager – Join Aon's specialist insurance broker partnership focused on the residential building industry.
HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker that provides insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is a joint venture between Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA), giving us a unique opportunity to combine risk and insurance expertise with deep knowledge of the housing industry.
What the day will look like
* Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering best‑in‑class specialist advice for residential construction clients.
* Build strong relationships with clients and with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experience.
* Identify development opportunities for the designated portfolio and devise appropriate servicing solutions, including additional insurance products and risk‑management strategies to support and protect clients' businesses.
* Manage and oversee Home Indemnity Insurance reviews, liaising with stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
* Develop new profitable business within the HIAIS South Australian region.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the HIAIS business in South Australia and nationally.

In this role you will be supported to deepen your understanding of construction insurance, notably Home Indemnity Insurance, a specialist product for residential construction clients.
