We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a large-scale upgrade program. This is a 6‐month contract based in Melbourne, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
The Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a complex SAP upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition into go‐live. This is a highly visible role working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan, and schedule
* Coordinate cutover activities across multiple streams including Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
* Lead cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and readiness assessments
* Manage dependencies, risks, and critical path activities
* Work closely with business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure alignment
* Oversee go‐live execution and provide post‐go‐live support coordination
About You
* Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large transformation or upgrade programs
* Strong understanding of multi‐stream SAP environments (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain)
* Ability to manage complex dependencies and senior stakeholders
* Experience delivering cutover within tight timelines and high‐pressure environments
* Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
