Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Leadership Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects, drive delivery, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ICT, Electronic Security or BMCS projects in the construction or post-sales integration environment.
The successful candidate will lead project planning, resourcing, delivery, and close-out. They will also manage internal teams and services subcontractors for the delivery of ICN and Technology-related projects, as well as maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, resourcing, delivery, and close-out
* Manage all aspects of health, safety, quality, and compliance on-site
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Oversee project budgets, procurement, and plant/equipment management
* Ensure compliance with project documentation and contractual obligations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Strong experience managing ICT, Electronic Security or BMCS projects in the construction or post-sales integration environment
* Understanding of Integrated Building Platforms
* Experience across structured cabling, access control, MQTT, BACnet/IP, Modbus, IP networking, CCTV, Wi-Fi, SCADA, VoIP, and cybersecurity frameworks
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
* Proven ability to lead project teams, manage site performance, and deliver outcomes
* Knowledge of industrial relations, employment practices, and compliance on project sites
