Concrete cutting experience is not required, but it would be beneficial. We are willing to train individuals with construction experience.
A trade background and construction experience are essential.
Attend work punctually and be able to work overtime as required.
Maintain the provided uniform and keep the company van neat and tidy.
The successful applicant must possess a current driver's license, white card, and preferably an EWP ticket.
Concrete Cutter / Trainee Operator – Casual to Full Time
We are seeking a motivated Concrete Cutter / Trainee Operator to join our growing team. This position starts as casual employment with the opportunity to transition into full-time work.
You will join a crew operating a fleet of new Toyota Hiace vans fitted with the latest Hilti and Husqvarna cutting and drilling equipment.
About the Role
Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided in concrete cutting and core drilling.
Ideal for candidates with a strong construction or trade background looking to upskill into a specialist trade.
Work alongside experienced operators and progress to running jobs independently.
Problem-solving and completing work to a high standard will be a key part of the role.
Some travel will be required.
What We're Looking For
Construction or trade experience (carpentry, concreting, formwork, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently once trained.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A current driver's license with a clean driving history.
