Organisational Design & Structure
* Lead and manage organisational design projects to improve efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with business strategy.
* Conduct organisational assessments to identify improvement opportunities and recommend structural changes.
* Support workforce planning by analysing current and future needs and recommending appropriate organisational structures.
Role Evaluation & Frameworks
* Develop and maintain core role statements within established job family frameworks.
* Complete role evaluation assessments and provide advice on professional stream requests, broadbanding and position changes.
Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
* Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, change management and role evaluation.
* Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, test recommendations and ensure alignment with organisational requirements.
* Participate in Communities of Practice to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
Project Delivery
* Manage and deliver organisational design projects from scoping through to implementation, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes.
Essential Skills
* Analytical capability:
Ability to assess organisational structures, identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective, evidence‑based solutions.
* Stakeholder engagement:
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence, consult and build relationships across all levels.
* Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey insights, recommendations and design options.
* Project management:
Experience delivering organisational design projects on time and within scope.
* Change management:
Experience supporting organisational change initiatives to ensure smooth and sustainable transitions.
Knowledge & Experience
* Understanding of organisational design methodologies, frameworks and best‑practice approaches.
* Knowledge of change management strategies and techniques.
* Familiarity with workforce planning processes and organisational analysis.
* Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
