Calling all inquisitive and detailed‐oriented Process Improvement Analysts! We're on the hunt for a new member of our Analysis and Improvement team to work with real-world mining data sets, working directly customers turn their data into actionable insights.

As a Process Improvement Analyst, you'll be responsible for understanding our customers' unique situations, conducting analyses, and collaborating with customers to interpret their data and highlight opportunities for improvement. The primary product you'll be working with is Titan 3330, a payload management system, with the view to expand our offering over time.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem‐solving, loves switching between office‐based data analysis and customer‐facing work, and doesn't mind a bit of domestic travel. The work involves a mix of hybrid office work (from home and in our Cannon Hill office) and travel to site. This is a mid‐level role where we're hoping you will help shape the future of our Analysis and Improvement service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging with customers in a highly collaborative and consultative capacity, understanding their onsite requirements and constrains, and critical data intoactionableoutcomes.
* Effectively communicating complex data findings to miningclients in a clear manner,identifyingtrends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through comprehensive data analysis.
* Developing customer presentations that effectively communicate data insights and improvement recommendations.
* Collaborating with CR internal Stakeholders toprovidedata analyses insights to supportsales objectives, pre‐sales data analysis, support salespresentationsand sales demonstrations.
* Developing reports summarising data analysis.
* Maintainingaccuratedocumentation of analysis methodologies,datasetsand outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
* Experience in data analysis and developing key insights and recommendations that deliver tangible outcomes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Specific experience with SQL and Python.
* Ability to travel to customer sites across Australia.
* Confident in public speaking and presenting to technical customers from the CEO level down.
* Degree qualifiedwith a degree inBachelor of Engineering (Mining, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Process, Software, Electrical) or Bachelor of Computer Science (Data Science/Data Analytics), or similar
The following experience would be advantageous but not required:
* Strongproficiencyin data visualization tools and statistical analysis software.
* Mining experience with an understanding of open cut mining specifically truck & shovel/load haul practices.
* Experience leading and executing improvement initiatives, translating ideas into plans that arefeasible and customer focussed.
* Experience with PowerBIand/orTibcoSpotfire.
* Experience withmachine learninglibrarieseg.Tensorflow,PyTorch.
