What are we looking for?

We are appointing a Business Development Manager to continue building our distribution through aggregator partnerships in the third party channel. This is an exceptional opportunity to secure a high-performance distribution role, offering strong professional and personal growth and reward. Your opportunity is to:

* Promote ORDE's vision and comprehensive products to mortgage brokers within New South Wales
* Execute an engagement strategy centred on exceptional service and benefit to brokers
* Utilise your credit acumen to identify origination opportunities within broker groups
* Evaluate relatively complex scenarios and proposals with detailed ability to develop solutions
* Leverage your direct support within the Relationship Management function to deliver market leading service and support to Brokers
* Collaborate with a 'can do' Credit team, highly experienced and determined to deliver specialist solutions
* Work closely with management to shape optimal service outcomes, identifying system, process and product improvements based on market feedback
* Work with high quality information in ORDE's CRM sales pipeline (Salesforce).
* Deliver presentations and product training to partners.

* You bring proven expertise and a strong track record of sales success in the non-bank mortgage sector, having excelled as a Relationship Manager or BDM for a minimum of 2 years.

* You have a broad and strong credit and product knowledge, experience and aptitude are essential requirements.
* You have an acute ability to develop deal solutions is a binary requirement.
* You are energetic, great in building relationship and trust with internal and external stakeholder.

* You are organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* You are able to target, contact and partner with brokers to expand your network.
