Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing Salesforce enhancements, supporting business solutions, and providing end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configuration and Implementation: Configure Salesforce features, including objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and flows to deliver scalable business solutions.
* Leverage Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize service operations, implement scheduling rules, and configure mobile workflows.
* Maintain and enhance Community Sites to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
* Set up and maintain security controls such as roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
* Stay up-to-date with platform updates and new feature releases.
Solution Support:
* Partner closely with the Business Analyst to scope, design, and deliver enhancements and fixes.
* Take ownership of smaller enhancement requests from initial stakeholder conversations through to build and release.
User Support:
* Work alongside other System Administrators in providing responsive, high-quality technical support to Salesforce users.
* Contribute to training sessions and documentation to improve user experience and system adoption.
