Are you a proactive and creative marketing professional ready to
take full ownership of a dynamic role? We are seeking a technically
skilled and self-motivated individual to manage our brand
communication efforts and enhance engagement across digital and
traditional channels.
Based at our Midland office, this standalone position focuses on
increasing community and client engagement through print
collateral, promotional activities, and our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with
strategic brand objectives
* Create compelling copy and engaging content for social
media, print materials, and internal communications
* Design and produce high-quality printed collateral and
corporate graphics
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
across all platforms
* Maintain and update website content to ensure a fresh and
engaging online presence
* Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and
brand initiatives
* Monitor and report on marketing performance and audience
engagement
* Manage brand assets in line with national standards and
organisational guidelines
* Assist with tender submissions
About You:
You will have a demonstrated ability to enhance an
organisation's public profile and attract new audiences. You
are confident working independently while collaborating closely
with team members to deliver creative and effective communication
solutions. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and
a passion for creative communication.
You will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing,
graphic design
* 5+ years' specialist experience in a similar
role
* Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and
social media management
* Strong graphic design skills and the ability to produce
print-ready materials
* Proficiency in managing digital platforms and websites
(e.g., CMS experience such as Squarespace)
* Demonstrated experience using relevant applications and
software e.g. social media management tools, photo and video
editing tools, Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of brand
integrity
* The ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and
manage multiple projects
