We're seeking a Senior Advisor Culture, Engagement & Experience to shape and elevate the way our people connect, collaborate, and thrive. In this strategic role, you'll partner with leaders and teams to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement, and enhance employee experience.
Your Opportunity:
* The Senior Advisor Culture, Engagement & Experience will provide leadership and advice about organisational initiatives that build the capability of our workforce and enhance the safe, inclusive, learning-focussed culture we are building.
* The Senior Advisor Culture, Engagement & Experience leads the Culture, Engagement & Experience Team to develop and implement initiatives that will improve organisational culture, improve the engagement and overall experience of our people, and leverage our reputation as a truly great place to work.
What we're looking for:
* Demonstrated experience as a skilled organisational development/strategic human resource practitioner with proven experience driving end-to-end culture, engagement, management and leadership learning programs that build capability and deliver results.
* Ability to utilise a variety of approaches to management and leadership development, to analyse the needs of learners and design appropriate capability interventions that focus on behavioural change and genuine improvement on the job.
* Proven facilitation experience for blended delivery within large and complex organisations with geographically distributed workforces.
* A record of delivering successful high impact people strategies and solutions with solid project management experience of organisational wide significance.
* Excellent written communication skills, including ability to prepare high quality documents, reports and briefing notes relating to organisational capability issues.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen, including the ability to work within a team as well as consult with a diverse range of stakeholders to build positive relationships.
* Desirable to have the ability to develop, coordinate and manage staff events including leadership conferences and forums, and staff recognition events
Preferred Qualifications:
* Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field are desirable but not essential if accompanied by relevant industry experience.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $148,322 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
